As you know we get a lot of 86's and BRZ's here. Funnily enough this is the first time we've had one in this colour. Its a great colour once you correct the paint and apply some Opti-Coat, and not many on the road either.
Starting with a paint reading. The paint on these cars is scarily thin, hence why Opti-Coat is a great idea as it adds a nice thick layer of protection. Any swirls will be in the Opti-Coat, and this can be removed and re-applied:
The bonnet was hazy with a distinct lack of clarity and depth. As always, we sectioned off the bonnet to find the best combination:
And some after shots! Note the gloss, and how the flakes in the paint really pop!
