Lime Green Hyundai Veloster

Who here remembers when Hyundai came out with the Excel for $13,990 drive away? I think it was in the late 90's, and my brother and I had recently moved to Australia from England. Whilst great value for a new car, although there are now cheaper options from the likes of Daihatsu, most people would agree that the Excel was possibly the worst car ever made.

However, Hyundai have evolved, and much like how the Japanese manufacturers beat the American's after a few failures, it seems the likes of Kia and Hyundai will soon be beating the Japanese! And this lime green Veloster shows why. A truly unique design, with a unique three door design, the Veloster has looks and performance to boot, with a turbocharged version to rival the Golf GTI also available.

This particular example was brought to us shortly after being driven from the dealership. True to form, the car was not detailed by the dealer, but due to the weather, it did have a lot of watermarks, dust and dirt. After a thorough clean, a mild paint correction was performed to maximise the shine before locking it in with Opti-Coat ceramic paint protection.
